Jared has been working construction since the age of 18. Born and raised in the small town of Running Springs, CA. He started his own business in Idaho in 2012, licensed in 2014. After relocating back to California where he became licensed here in 2021. He loves carpentry, welding, and everything automotive. He's a proud father of two beautiful girls.
SAMANTHA YEE
Office Manager
Samantha has a degree in Human Resource and Management. Born into a family of designers it came naturally to bring that aspect into the business. She was born in Palm Desert, CA on a ranch where she helped care for horses, and learned a lot about hard work. She also does graphic designs, and apparel for local companies. She loves anything artistic and enjoys watching their two girls grow.
ADAM REINHARDT
Supervisor
Adam was born and raised in Running Springs, CA, where he and his wife are now raising their 2 beautiful children. He began working in the automotive industry at age 14. Adam brought those expertise over to JW Builders where he now oversees job sites, while also making sure all heavy equipment and company vehicles are in working order.

After moving back to CA in 2019, Jared worked for the local water and sewer district gaining knowledge of California's practices and regulations in the field, while still operating his construction business out of Idaho. Jared obtained his CA Class B license in 2021, and is now owner and general contractor of JW Builders, formerly JW Building and Design. He now focuses on new construction and residential remodels with an emphasis in custom woodworking and cabinetry design.

Started mentoring under one of Valley Counties largest and most successful contractors in 2012. By 2014 he started his own construction company and became owner and general contractor of Jared William Construction in Valley County, Idaho. Specialized in framing, roofing, and log homes.
